Located at No. 536 Changle Road, Jing'an District, the western campus was originally built as a site for Chinese and Western Nursing Home. Established in 1950, it is the foundation of the hospital's creation and development. Covering an area of 10 mu, it consists of nine buildings, forming a trapezoidal complex with a construction area of 12,000 square meters and 100 approved beds. After 2000, the hospital has invested a large amount of funds for the renovation of buildings, facilities and equipment to improv practical functions, the hospital environment  medical environment.

The campus has clinical departments and medical laboratories including Obstetrics, Gynecology, Neonatology, Fetal Medicine, Assisted Reproductive Medicine, Family Planning, Breast Surgery, Surgical Anesthesiology, Reproductive Immunology, Cervical Diseases, Integrated TCM &WM, and Maternal and Children Health Care. It has general outpatient clinics, specialty and specialized disease clinics, specialist clinics, special needs clinics and VIP clinics and other comprehensive hospitalization facilities. 

Within decades of accumulation andinheriting, the western campus owns its unique temperament and style. With the same spirit of inheritance and innovation, the western campus will be further built into a high-quality obstetrics and gynecology specialized brand that matches the International Jing'an, providing better health care services for women and infants.
