Chief physician, doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in tumor surgery for a long time, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and soft tissue tumors. He has unique features in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer. He has many academicparticipation including the Chairman of the Breast Disease Prevention and Control Professional Committee of Shanghai Scientific Association of Better Birth & Better Upbringing, the deputy chief member of the Thyroid and Breast Surgery Professional Committee of Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine, and the standing committeemember of the breast cancer Special Committeeof Shanghai Anti Cancer Association, etc. He has been in charge of multiple scientific research projects such as Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and the Shanghai Health Bureau Project and participated in major medical projects of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
