The chief physician, director of assisted reproductive medicine of Shanghai First Maternal and Infant Hospital. Dr. Teng graduated from the department of medicine of The Second Military Medical University in 1990, and received a master's degree in surgery from The Second Military Medical University in 1998. Currently, he is the deputy leader of the laboratory group of reproductive medicine branch of Chinese Medical Association. Since 1999, he has been engaged in the clinical work of assisted reproductive technology, and has formed a relatively mature embryo culture system and a stable clinical pregnancy rate in IVF technology. Dr. Teng is one of the early domestic experts in IVM technology and spermatozoa cryopreservation by testicular fine needle micro puncture. He has accumulated rich experiences in quality control of embryo laboratory, assisted reproductive treatment of infertility, and clinical treatment of male infertility, especially azoospermia.
