Doctor Zhou has professional experience in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology for over 30 years, engaging in areas of clinical treatment, scientific research and training. He has gained mastery in the diagnosis and treatment of common and difficult gynaecological diseases, specializing in minimally invasive surgeries including single-port laparoscopy, pelvic floor reconstruction,hysteroscopy, cervical conization and laser. He has extensive clinical experience in treating HR-HPV infection and cervical and vaginal lesions and is also proficient in new technologies such as modified high uterosacral ligament suspension using autologous tissue, Dubuisson pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, as well as modified repair for cesarean scar defect. He carries out in-depth research into contemporary minimally invasive surgery techniques (single-hole laparoscopy, V-NOTES, Da Vinci Robot etc.), conducting single-hole laparoscope minimally invasive surgery with a home-made glove device that is more cost-effective and alleviates pain for patients both mentally and physically.  

To this day, he has oversaw 7 projects, published over 20 academic papers, holds 5 patent, and is the bronze winner of the 2023 Shanghai Technological Innovation Award (the sixth auther）. Often awarded the ‘Service Star’ title in the hospital, he is reputable among patients.
