She is mainly engaged in clinical research on minimally invasive surgery to preserve fertility function, led and presided multiple research and talent projects such as national 863 sub topics, Shanghai Leading Talent Project, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Municipal Health Commission and the Shenkang Hospital Development Center etc.

She has won the 5th "Five Continents Women's Science and Technology Award of the China Women's Physicians Association - Clinical Medical Research Innovation Award",  2019 "APAGE Evaluated Physician Award", the 2nd "National Famous Doctor Excellent Style", the 1st Jing'an Outstanding Talent Nomination Award and the 2nd “Renxin Doctor” Shanghai Outstanding Specialized Physician Award". As the first author, she won the second prize of the 17th Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award in 2018, the third prize of the 2021 Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award and the 2022 Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.
