The chief physician of Shanghai First Maternal and Infant Hospital, Associate Professor and doctoral supervisor in Tongji University. Dr. Du has engaged in clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology for more than 20 years, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of various common and complicated diseases in obstetrics. She also has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complications and comorbidities such as pregnancy induced hypertension, gestational diabetes, gestational cholestasis, preterm birth , premature rupture of membranes and the management of pregnancy after assisted  reproduction and recurrent abortion . She is also very skilled in obstetric critical care  and all obstetric operations. Dr. Du has devoted herself to the study of perinatal medicine, especially the study of placental blood vessels and cells, focusing on pregnancy complications such as cholestasis during pregnancy. She has undertaken and presided over several projects at the provincial and ministerial level, and completed the project of the Biochemical Cell Institute of the Shanghai Institute of Biological Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation Project; has participated in several major scientific research projects such as the  Natural Science Foundation of China. In recent 5 years, Dr. Du has published more than 10 papers as the first author in SCI and core journals.
