目前担任同济大学附属妇产科医院（上海市第一妇婴保健院）妇科肿瘤科副主任医师、医务部副主任（主持工作）、同济大学医学院副教授及博士生导师、上海市医学会妇科肿瘤分会委员及内膜癌学组成员等学术任职，主持12 项相关研究，其中3 项获国自然科学基金资助
Dr. Li currently holds academic positions such as Deputy Chief Physician of the Department of Gynecological Oncology at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University (Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital), Deputy Director of the Medical Affairs Department (in charge of work), Associate professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Tongji University School of Medicine, member of the Gynecological Oncology Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, and member of the Endometrial Cancer Group. She has led 12 related research projects. Among them, three projects were funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

主要从事内膜癌相关的基础及转化研究，集中探索了内膜癌肿瘤微环境调控分子机制，以第一/通讯作者发表SCI 二十篇，被引千余次。

获上海市卫生系统“银蛇奖”、上海市“东方英才”青年计划、上海市青年五四奖章（个人）及浦东新区十大杰出青年等院、校级以上人才计划多项。现担任世界顶尖的医学研究机构——梅奥医学中心(Mayo Clinic)分子药理学与实验治疗学(Molecular pharmacology andexperimental therapeutics，MPET)的研究协调员，深度参与了多项重大研究项目，积累了丰富的分子靶向治疗抑制剂研发经验，为课题的顺利开展奠定了坚实的基础。
