在国际上首次将天然孕激素应用于控制性卵巢刺激,设计“孕激素方案”;在此基础上,进一步研究设计出“晚卵泡期卵巢刺激方案”,该方案自卵泡中晚期启动,无需添加垂体调控剂,进一步拓展了卵巢刺激的灵活性;对来曲唑抵抗的PCOS患者,通过延长来曲唑使用时间,成功诱发排卵,有效降低了多卵泡发育率和OHSS发生风险。
